Nice, neat, and professional. That's both the presentation of the website and also how they conduct business. Following the same basic model as Netflix, they offer several plans according to how many DVDs you wish to rent at a time/how much you wish to pay. If you want two movies at a time, it's one price, and 3 or 4 movies are each slightly higher prices respectively. They are honest enough to admit that, although they historically claimed '50,000 titles', that with changes in the laws they may have to revise that offering. Regardless, they offer quite a few. Add them to your queue and as you return films they will send out more films. They only ship to the United States, and there are some localities that they are unable to ship to [change your local 'community standards', folks!]. They do offer both soft and hardcore, according to your tastes, and the website itself is fairly soft and non-garish. You never get that walking-through-Times-Square sensation, except if you chose to enlarge one of the box covers to see the detail. Terms and conditions and FAQs are clearly written. Cancellation is simple to do. After cancellation any unreturned rentals will be subject to a restocking fee based on the manufacturer's suggested retail price for the DVD. They tell us that 60% of their members are women and the site is owned/operated by a woman, and based on what I saw while reviewing it women and others who may not regularly surf for smut will feel comfortable here. - Peter
